Summary
When attempting to add multiple email addresses to the CC field for Agentless backup job notifications an error: CC Invalid email ID is displayed. This issue has been addressed by hotfix that can be requested from Catalogic Technical Support.
Symptoms
When attempting to add multiple email addresses to the CC field for Agenltess backup job notifications an error: CC Invalid email ID is displayed.
Resolution
This behavior will be addressed in a DPX Maintenance Update. However, a complete Maintenance Update is not available at this time. Contact Catalogic Software Data Protection Technical Support for obtaining the required update referencing Issue ID DPSUST-3956.
