Resolution
1. Check client logs, multiple std_apph_*.txt files exist, with only 2 messages lines indicating:----------
The system cannot find the path specified.

2. Check the path DPX\tools\jre and sub-folders/files to see if they all exist. (Compare to a working node similarly configured.)
3. The path shows the DPX\tools\jre folder has been renamed to DPX\tools\jre.original. Rename it back, and the backup will start to work again.
