Symptoms

Resolution
The restore jobs in this case failed due to a permissions issue with the user the VSphere server was scanned into the ECX Application. The user was missing the ability rescan devices in VSphere and this caused the job to fail.Once this permission issue was corrected the restore jobs were successful.
