How do I upgrade/update to DPX 4.5.2 if I am running DPX 4.5.X or DPX 4.4.X and lower ?

Summary

As of DPX 4.5.1 it is no longer required to upgrade a DPX 4.5 client instead we recommend to run DPX Auto update to patch to the latest DPX version.

How do I upgrade/update to DPX 4.5.2 if I am running DPX 4.5.X or DPX 4.4.X and lower ?

Answer

Scenario 1 Customers running DPX 4.5.X 
For DPX 4.5.X there is no need to run setup to upgrade/update to DPX 4.5.2 using the DPX 4.5.2 installer. To update to DPX 4.5.2 please use the DPX Autoupdate functionality in the DPX Console.


Scenario 2 Customers running DPX 4.4.X or lower

The new DPX 4.5.2 installers are available for new DPX deployments only. For versions prior to DPX 4.5.0 use the DPX 4.5.0 installers located at DPX 4.5.0 download to upgrade and then use Autoupdate to update to DPX 4.5.2.

For customer running DPX 4.4.X please use the DPX installer on the MySupport site  to upgrade the Master server and any clients to the latest DPX version.
