Summary
Jobs initiating a cancel may be in "Cancelling" Status for some time and disappear from the Job Monitor 'Running' Filter
Symptoms
When selecting to cancel or suspend a running job in the Job Monitor, that Job will go into "Cancelling" or "Suspending" Status until the job stops running completely.
During that time the Job will disappear from the 'Running' Job Monitor filter and can only be displayed by un-selecting a status filter or creating a custom status filter.
Resolution
This behavior has been addressed in a DPX Maintenance Update. The update can be automatically installed via the DPX Software Update System user interface or can be manually downloaded from the Catalogic Software Online Support site.
