Summary
When recovering a boot partition configured for UEFI, the bare machine must also be configured to boot with UEFI before restoring. Customer needed to do the restore process from UEFI mode. However she can only see the boot option in BIOS ( legacy mode) with the BMR USB creator used by Catalogic.
Step By Step
When attempts to start BMR via USB created by Catalogic BMR USB creator, the machine does not see the USB as a boot option in UEFI mode.
When customer uses Rufus, a third party software tool, and creates the USB with the latest ISO and GPT mode, the machine was restored successfully and was able to boot up.
