Resolution
There can be a number of reasons that these errors can appear:
- Ensure that the client version installed is supporting the destination target selection that it was intended for, as an example cDOT, OSS or vStor etc.
- Ensure all client-side VSS writers are in a stable state.
- It is possible that this error is a false positive and the real root cause of the failure is elsewhere in the job log.
