Symptoms

After upgrading the DPX Master server appliance from DPX 4.5.5 to DPX 4.6.0, the download link for the DPX.jnlp may not work correctly reporting the following error: ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

*X.X.X.X* unexpectedly closed the connection.
 Try:
 * Checking the connection
 * [Checking the proxy and the firewall|#buttons]
 * Running Windows Network Diagnostics
 ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

 * *Under "Details":*
 Check your Internet connection
 Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
 Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
 If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
 If you use a proxy server…
 Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.
 If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server:
 Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

Resolution

During the upgrade of the OVA , new SSL certificates are created and deployed to the key store to facilitate communication over https. In some circumstances the web server comes up before the certificates have completed importing. This behavior will be addressed in a future  DPX Maintenance Update.

Workaround:
Reboot the appliance after applying the DPX and Master server appliance updates.
