Summary
Previously operational jukebox can't be opened in the user interface after rebooting the controller node.
Symptoms
Error return code 3019 is reported.
Resolution
Check the Controller ID setting for the library in Configure > Robotic Devices. If it is in the format of a shortcut (\\.\sync_sa0), verify that there is a file in the Catalogic DPX program directory, such as c:\backex\bin\JB\sync_sa0. Sometimes the link of the shortcut created by early versions of the detect.exe module can be broken by a reboot and directly specifying the full path to the file will resolve this.
Verify this using the command-line tool JItest (replace the path listed with the correct path for your environment):
cd\backex\bin\JB
JItestc:\backex\bin\JB\sync_sa0
open
quit
If this does not give any errors, you can change the controller ID in the GUI to the full path to the file (including the drive letter) and opening Jukebox Operations will be successful.
