Error Return Code 3019 when Clicking Monitor a Job

Summary

Entering Job Monitor and browsing the list of backups works fine. However, selecting a node and clicking the Monitor a Job icon, an error is returned.

Symptoms

The following error is shown:

Function 'createMonitor' encountered error: rc=3019. A needed file could not be opened by the database

 

Resolution

This error commonly occurs when the job log doesn't exist in the DPX logs directory.
