Summary
The Enabled selection for Enterprise Authentication (found in Configure Enterprise) is not selected however the backup fails with authentication messages in the backup job log.
Symptoms
The following authentication messages are shown in the backup job log:

Resolution
In the DPX install directory, check for a file with name auth.key. If this file exists it should be renamed as this filename is reserved for DPX use (with enterprise authentication).
