Summary

When you run Auto-Update to apply patches to DPX, error message RC=158 displays. To resolve this issue, ensure that there is enough disk space available on the node where DPX is installed.

 

 

Symptoms

 

 

When you attempt to apply patches with the Auto-Update DPX utility, the following error displays in the master.<yy/mm/dd>.log under the master server's <SSPRODIR>\update\updates\logs directory:

Resolution

 

 

This error is caused if the disk or partition where DPX is installed has low available space.

 

 

To resolve this issue, ensure that you have available twice the space required by the <package_name>.jar file.

Note: The software update package is located on the node that requires the update and on the master server in <SSPRODIR>\update\packages.
