Summary
Running a restore that exceeds the disk quota results in 0 byte files restored.
Resolution
If you cannot run a restore when disk quotas are involved (exceeded), issue the following before running the restore:
nss/nouserspacerestrictions=VOLNAME
After the restore, issue:
nss/userspacerestrictions=VOLNAME
