This error occurs if the key (key ID) is deleted from the keyring, the key has expired, or the keyring does not exist.
Resolution
- Through DPX management console (GUI), navigate to Configure > Keyrings.
- Find the keyring reported in the job log. For example, FXXXXX123.
- Check to see if a key is associated with this keyring. If there is no key, the key ID is expired or does not exist.
If the key ID is expired, create a new key:
- Through the DPX management console (GUI), navigate to Configure > Keyrings.
- Right-click the keyring and select Add Key.
Note: If the key was deleted by the user, you cannot restore from this backup. See the Configuration Guide for more information.
