Summary
After a successful agent-based backup without the File History option, restore of the particular Folder/File fails. The Manual Map operation succeeds without a problem. The issue is isolated to a special character (in this case :") in the filer's password field. Once the filer's password is reset such that it does not use the special character, the iSCSI restore method works."
