Summary
Problem connecting to the cluster node due to stopped Microsoft services.

Cluster Block Backup fails with errors :

Resolution
Ensure that Microsoft Remote Registry service and Remote Desktop service are enabled and running on the node referred to in the error message. Start the services and re-run the job.
