Update fails or ECX does not function properly after upgrade to release 2.5

Resolution



Customers updating from ECX versions earlier than and including 2.4 may experience an update failure. Updating to 2.5.x from  prior versions include an update of the CentOS operating system.  CentOS recently released 6.9, which is incompatible with one of the ECX libraries.
