Resolution

This issue is resolved in ECX 2.6.0 with a new VDDK module, please upgrade to ECX 2.6.0 or later using the ECX update functionality. If you are running ECX 2.5.x, follow the below procedure:

1)      From a supported browser, enter the following URL: https://<HOSTNAME>:5480/ where <HOSTNAME> is the IP address of the virtual machine where the application is deployed.
2)      In the login window, enter your user name and password to access the virtual machine management console. The default user name is administrator and the default password is ecxadLG235.
3)      Click the Update tab and then click the Status tab.
4)      Click Check Updates to check for updates from the update repository.
5)      If updates are available, click Install Updates. The update process may take some time to complete depending on the size of the update and the speed of the Internet connection.
6)      Once complete, reboot the virtual machine where the application is deployed.

If you are running ECX 2.4 or earlier, please follow the instructions in  Upgrade CentOS on the ECX Virtual Appliance Without an Internet Connection
