In order to change the retention time for multiple jobs do the following- Select the instances that require a new retention time set, by Control-Click
- In the Menu Bar Select the entry CatalogedJob | Change Retention
- Acknowledge the pop for editing multiple job instances per selecting "Yes"
- Enter the new required retention time
- Select OK.
