Ontrack PowerControls bring an MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER Error How can I proceed?

If you start an EMR job with the Kroll Ontrack Tools 9.x and want to open a single mailbox for a restore, this error occurs after you have entered the login data.
Please make sure, that you've set the checkbox for: "Always prompt for credentials when connecting to a single mailbox" under Preferences -> TargetOptions in the Kroll PowerControls Software menu.
