Symptoms
CM_ERR_NO_DATA: No data of the requested type was returned.
Resolution
This is a common return code for problems with hostname resolution. This error occurs when the Device server and the Client nodes are unable to ping each other by hostname and by IP address. Check DNS for fully qualified/short name error for the hostnames. Add entries in the local hosts file on the Device server and Client.
