Summary
A job fails to connect to the node browser immediately after it starts and returns error code 10061. The job is defined to include a prescript not running on the master server.
Resolution
A connection that has been refused to the node browser (ssnbr) module with return code 10061 can be caused by a failure to resolve the hostname used within the settings for the pre-job script. The setting within Backup Source Options is defined as <script name>@<hostname>.
The hostname must be resolvable by either DNS or a local host file and should be able to be pinged by name. If this is not possible, replace the hostname with an IP address for that host.
