Summary
When I backup the DPX catalog, certain files fail with open file error messages.
Symptoms
For example:
SNBEHD4281E 3196: Job 1102698000 task 1 file 2088 [\DPX\db\sschunk.MyServer.1102648500.db]: error 1 (error opening file for reading) The referenced file exists in the db folder of DPX. The debug logs show that the system cannot find the file specified:
SNBDBS1021E 1748: Error opening file \DPX\db\MyServer\.1102734901.db, rc=2 SNBDBS0002S 1748: The system cannot find the file specified.
Resolution
Set any Open File Management and virus-checking agents to exclude the home folder of DPX.
