Summary
After applying the license key, the following error appears while attempting to login to the GUI: An error occurred during login: rc=8811. The master server node is not of the type specified in the product key.
Resolution
The master server operating system is specified in your license key. If you reference your license key, you will see the following section:
License: <license-number>
Server nodeid is `<node-name>'

server_node_type = 0, max_unix = 1
The master server operating system is specified by the server_node_type value.
- If this value is 0, it indicates that you are licensed for a Unix master server.
- If this value is 1, you are licensed for either a Windows or Linux master server.
- If this value is 4, you are licensed for Linux-OES master server.
If the operating system specified is incorrect, you should contact your DPX Sales Representative or DPX Technical Support to request a license change.
