Summary
Performing an auto-upgrade changes the owner of /opt and all the files in it to root. To resolve this issue, install DPX into /opt/DPX.
Symptoms
After you perform an auto-upgrade, the owner of /opt and all the files in it changes to root.
Resolution
This occurs if DPX on the master server is installed directly into /opt rather than into /opt/DPX, i.e. SSPRODIR is set to /opt. The auto-upgrade changes the ownership of the files and folders in /opt. This can occur in any directory where DPX is installed.
