Summary
Java does not download cmapiw32.dll and cmjavawr.dll when starting Management Console.
Symptoms
Starting the DPX Management Console results in an error indicating that it could not download cmapiw32.dll:
Resolution
Changing the Java access mode on the desktop where the Management Console is started from "Use browser settings" to "Direct connection" resolves this issue:
Start > Control Panel > Java > General tab > Network Settings
