Summary
DPX EMR version 6.x is not supported in combination with an Outlook 2010 64-bit client, as indicated by the following error: MAPI could not be initialized To avoid this issue, the 32-bit version of the Outlook 2010 client is required for Exchange access.
Symptoms
When trying to open a .PST file within DPX EMR, the data wizard will display the following error message:
The MAPI subsystem could not be initialized. Make sure Outlook is installed and configured.

Resolution
An installation of DPX EMR is incompatible with the Outlook 2010 64-bit client, and is not supported.
Install the Outlook 2010 32-bit client to resolve this problem.
To use DPX EMR with an Outlook 2010 32-bit client, use DPX EMR, version 6.x or higher.
