When trying to perform a Full Virtualization with the user, following is the error encountered?

Resolution
Following privileges need to be assigned from Permissions tab -> Assign Permissions Dialog box (on vCenter or Datacenter level):
Datastore:
-Allocate space
-Browse datastore
-Remove datastore
Configuration:
-Change settings
Network:-Assign network
Resource Pools:
-Assign virtual machine to resource pool
-Migrate
-Query Vmotion
vApp:
-Add virtual machine
Virtual machine:
-Configuration
-Interaction (everything sub interaction checked with the exception of all fault tolerance related items)
-Inventory
-Provisioning
A user restricted to just these rights is still able to perform Full Virtualization.
