Summary
An Instant Virtualization or Full Virtualization job on an AMD ESX host fails with the following timeout error message: Timed out waiting for the boot request check your ip configuration.

Resolution
- Verify there is no active IP configuration on the virtual machine console. For example:
- Add a string value to the BEX registry key on the virtualization proxy node named SSVIRTCNTVM. Create the registry entry in the HKLM/Software/Syncsort/BackupExpress/HostName/0/ directory.
- Add the value 10, which is the timeout in minutes, to the SSVIRTCNTVM string value. This allows the network card and driver to load on AMD ESX hosts.
