Summary
An image restore fails with error 16 (create old header error). To resolve this issue, when performing an image level restore, restore to the original or an alternate node/location not to a NetApp volume.
Symptoms
In this case, the error occurred when trying to restore to a NetApp volume.
The image restore fails with error 16, and in the job log the following error displays:
