Summary
UI timeouts can have 30 second timer extended for the browser session in the Management Portal Settings screen.
Resolution
If UI functions are timing out, there is a UI timer that is default to 30 seconds. Extending this timer may resolve the UI timouts for the particular browser session the user is on. Procedure for doing this is below:
1. Access ECX via browser with URL https://<IP Address>:8443/portal
2. Click on icon in upper right hand corner which is to the left of the support phone icon.
3. This will enter into the Management Portal Settings screen.
4. Increase the time to desired value for the filed "Specify the request timeout in seconds:".
5. Click on the "Save" button at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
6. Login to ECX and perform necessary operations as before.
