Symptoms
This specific case was discovered when customer has installed DPX 4.2 on a Windows DAG cluster. It may not relevant to the DPX release.
Starting the Cluster service fails with a rc=10049.
Resolution
Adding MaxTokenSize with value of 48000 to Registry (HKLM - System - CurrentControlSet - Control - LSA - Kerberos - Parameters)
In Active Directory the Computer Object in the Security for the Group has been set to FULL
After this a new install worked
