Summary
A Block backup of a Windows node fails during the resolution phase of the DPX client.
Symptoms
The Block backup fails with the following message:
x.x.x.x 1/8/2015 10:53:46 am SNBSVH_990E APPH backup request failed with exception: An error occurred in BACKUP message processing. (rc = 21001).
The apph*.txt file on the client is showing this message : Thu Jan 08 10:53:04 2015; TGID(main), TID(Thread-4); SNBAPH_364E Problem in finding file system info for logdev (C:)
Resolution
Start the Catalogic DPX Advanced Protection Manager service on the DPX client.
