The DPX Exchange Mailbox Recovery fails to start. The following error displays:
Resolution
This error occurs when a 64-bit version Microsoft Office Outlook is installed on the machine attempting to run DPX Exchange Mailbox Recovery however, only 32-bit versions of Microsoft Office Outlook are supported. To resolve this issue, install a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office Outlook.
Outlook 32bit 2007 is known to cause this error with EMBR 7.3. If you are running Outlook 32bit 2007 and see this issue, please install Outlook 32bit 2010 and the error will be resolved.
