Resolution
You must upgrade DPX to the latest version. If it is not possible use an updated version of the DPX 4.4.2
An updated version of DPX 4.4.2 resolves this issue. You must uninstall the software update, then reinstall DPX 4.4.2.
For uninstallation instructions, see the Manual Software Update Uninstallation Procedure section in Chapter 8: Software Update System in the Reference Guide. Once complete, reinstall the updated version of DPX 4.4.2.
