Summary

It appears as a GUI display issue since we do not see even GUI components like toolbar or tabs.
However, problems persist after CS Server reboot or using different browsers to access the Analyzer Learner screen.


Step-by-Step

To address this issue, we need to reboot FP servers as well.

  1. Shut down all CryptoSpike and FPolicy - Server VMs.
  2. Boot only the CS - Server.
  3. Wait until the UI is reachable again.
  4. Once the UI is reachable again, boot up the FPolicy - Servers.
  5. Finally, on the System Status page, verify that all machines are listed in the “Hazelcast info” table.

Currently, the root cause is unknown.
